Hi everyone this is just a copy/pasted email that I sent to Casino Rewards about there bad check being issued, read on you might want to stay away from Casino Rewards at the moment untill you see how they handle this issue at hand.

About a month ago I played at Golden Tiger, I made a cashout in the amount of 1,812 and you refunded my deposit back to my neteller in the amount of $500. Well last week I go to cash your check for some urgent money I needed at the time. Well the bank cashed the check, I went and spent the money of course and today I look at my bank account and it shows I had overdrawn almost $2,000!!!!! I didn't have enough money to cover your BAD check in my account so everything I spent was overdrawn at $30 a piece and I owe the $1,300 back as well. This has not been a good morning finding this news out, I also must say I am simply disgusted with your customer service at this point I have sent a total of six emails regarding my withdrawal at another casino in your casino rewards group, Casino Classic, you owe me $2,108 on that account and that has been almost 30 days with no payments!! I had emailed six times with no replies so called I think 3-4 times to only get a message telling me to leave my query and you will call me back, guess what you NEVER called me back once! Finally I get a email, I stated in the message I left it was urgent that you contact me ASAP by a call back because you seem to have a hard time getting/reading emails I write, I mean could you not follow simple instructions? Anyways the email which you sent made me even more upset, you ask for documents for proof of identity I can handle that but you also requested a screen shot of my NETELLER ACCOUNT! That is totally ridiculous to ask for that, I would gladly give my picture ID along with any utility bills but there is no way I am taking a screen shot of the inside of my Neteller account that is invasion of privacy and I see absolutely no reason why you would need that, there is nothing that you could possibly need a screenshot of my Neteller account! Do you not agree with me that I have every right to be upset? My bank account is overdrawn almost $2,000 because you sent me a bad check and on another note I never wanted a check, my preferred payment method is Neteller not half payment to Neteller and the rest via check! You people seem to have a very hard time with instructions it is simply unbelievable! Since it seems like I am customer you really don't care about I will make myself heard at this point, expect to see this email in every inbox you have, I am at work right at the moment so I won't be calling you for a few hours yet, and I am not going to be any happier by then. Also I will be contacting top gambling portals with pretty much an exact copy of this email, maybe then you will decide to read my emails and return my phone calls after you see it pasted all over the internet I will not lay-off this until I am COMPENSATED FULLY for all amounts due and all overdrafts that are incurred from your bad check, this is final and I will accept nothing short of this.

First of all this is not normal for Casino Rewards most people trust this casino group and I have not heard of any complaints like this really, have they replied to this email yet? Did you sign up through knowwhentohold.com? I would suggest waiting for them to reply to you today and if they don't I will contact them.
